When installing Encryptionizer on Windows 2000 Server, drivers appear to not be loaded.

Additional Information:

NOTE: for Encryptionizer versions after Jan 2014, a special installation package is required to install to Windows 2000. Please contact us for more information.

This is usually accompanied by an error record written to the System Log from one of the following sources:

• nlemsql
• nlem1402
• nlem32nt

Resolution: Encryptionizer requires both these updates from Microsoft for the Operating System:

• Windows Service Pack 4, and
• Update Rollup 1 for Windows 2000 SP4
